Woke up with air in chest

Hi, I woke up last night at 2am feeling like there was a load of air in the middle of my chest, like pressure - not the crushing people talk about with heart attacks, more like my chest was inflated . Although there was no pain or breathlessness, it really scared me. It lasted about 30 min. Does this sound like indigestion or a heart problem? Anyone else had this?
