The Pocket Guide to Panic. It's basic, cheap, full of facts and tips from a sufferer. The cover has been carefully chosen to you can read it anywhere a you don't have to advertise your suffering.
I had to self publish so anyone interested, go onto Blurp.com and search The Pocket Guide to Panic.
The down side of self publish is the books are printed ondemand which means you will have to wait 7-10 days for delivery but I think you will like it.
