Hiya ! I'm Donna ( from Edinburgh ) I'm 41 and have suffered anxiety/panic attacks on and off for over 20 years. I have a terrific husband and family who are very supportive and understanding, but I feel sometimes that talking to people in the same position as myself will help too :)
