Constant panic attacks?

I've had like 4 to 5 times a day and a few times I wake up at night sweating (esp feet and hands) and my heart racing, like up to 170.

I have a history of SVT's but take atenolel and normally have no issues, I wake up so hot and so scared.

I don't know how I could have THIS many panic attacks, is that what it is?

170's ok, mine does that too when I panic :)
have you had a check up with your doctor ,got a ECG n a thyroid test?
therapy and medication could help too.

i take a beta blocker and diazpam but they don't want to refill it and I have a cardio and on thyrpid med

diazpam is a seditive and addictive, normally only perscribed for short term use.
tyroid issues can cause a lot of symptoms and anxiety :hugs: hope the thyroid medication is helping.
