Hi there,

I am new here, I am an ex-sufferer who recovered after 10 years from all forms of anxiety/panic.

I now dedicate my time to helping others, I have visited many forums around the world, but being from the U.K I wanted to find a good community in this country. Somewhere where I can not only pass my advice on, but also make some good friends.

I so look forward to helping and meeting others.

Paul

Thanks also Nicola for your email.

"Supposing it didn't," said Pooh after careful thought.

Hi everyone,
Wow thank you for the welcome.
How did I recover?
In took a while but it is all about understanding your condition, this takes away so much fear of how you feel, this then leads to less worry of your symptoms and you begain to fear them less. The main reason people continue to suffer is because they are bewildered and don't understand why they feel like they do.
They spend a lot of their day worrying about there symptoms and in mant cases trying to push them away.

There is so much to say and this I hope to do.
Keep the faith
Paul
