Hi!
As Ive posted a few times, I've started the CHAANGE program and am really hopeful about the program. It is run by a doctor and is the Cognitive type of therepy. There is a lot of free, useful information, a free book you can download, and you can even have a phone consultation with Dr. Pullen for free too!!! I'm sorry this seems like a commercial, but I am so excited to be getting over my anxiety after 2 decades that I want everyone who suffers to at least know that this program is out there!!!
