Its about time people recognised panic attacks for what they are. Life altering. I've suffered for 8 years now (im 25) and not once have i been offered anything from my gp practice that has helped. It is sometime quite insulting to get fobbed off with anti-depressants, 6 months later im back after having suffered a big-one and im re-prescribed anti-depressants. It seems to be all about DIY with self-help books etc.


Anyways, i read this, thought id share. Hope it gets released soon. Either that or a drug that make me like about 2 cans of beer Daniel. Plane could be going down and id not even flinch. but drinks the curse n the cure for me.

Problem with this though the panic attack is generally over by then. Also if people have up to 10 a day , that mean taking 10 tablets?. This is where i live to, so i might look into it more for you..

Good points but god imagine it worked and actually kept them away. Did anyone try emailing this crowd?

Sounds promising but a trial of 108 patients would not show that Side effects are abscent to any degree.
In my experience the worry of the side effects cause me as much anxiety in taking drugs as the condition itself so a real catch 22.
