Hi there,

I'm new to no more panic so thought i'd say hi. I have had anxiety off and on since i was a child. My main problem is ectopic heartbeat which causes me great anxiety and sadness.

Hoping to get lots of tips on dealing with things and just talk to folks that know how i'm feeling.
