Am I going insane?

Hi Please someone help. I am getting a feeling of stopped heart then back to normal beating but then find it hard to get breath.
I always think its a heart attack.
Am soooooooooo scared and now not sleepinf cos of it

It's OK. Not a heart attack. Just panic.

Take some long, slow deep breaths in and out through your mouth. Just go with it. Try not to be afraid - that prolongs it. You'll be fine.

People who are going insane don't know it, so don't worry about that either :hugs:

Joining in chat might help. Everyone there is more than ready to stop and help someone in a panic.
