Does anyone else ever feel so stressed that they feel like their head will explode?!
Thats a serious question lol, sometimes, most days i feel so stressed i get headaches and feel naff and i worry my heads gonna pop or i'll have heart attack or a brain anurysm (sp) is that possible?
if anyone can help put my mind at rest that would be great please cos this has been playing on my mind for a while now and im starting to really worry about it.
