buzzing legs!!

hi everyone,

ive got "buzzing" in my lower legs!!

you know if you sitting in a car thats just ticking over and you can feel the engine vibrate up your legs??? its kinda like that - not terribly strong but quite noticable.
im very worried about it, cant get thrombosis out my head now :(

anyone else experienced this????

yes have the buzzing and the same way as you describe it though mine is in my torso and chest area. I've posted about this also, its horrible though seems to be related to anxiety. i have it every night, wake up with it in the morning but dont seem to have it when Im busy x

I do as well. I have for a year. I've had a full neuro work up and all is normal. Guess it resulted from constantly worrying about nerve pain and turned into constant health anxiety. I think about it all day every day. I always look forward to bedtime as I sleep just fine and don't have anxiety and no worries. I'm in the process of changing my diet and adding an exercise program. I just need out of this constant state of anxiety I have been in for so long.
