Hello my first time here...

Hi this is my first time, on No Panic forum although been a member for years now.
I have been a General Anxiety sufferer since I got married in the mid 80s.
Would love to be free of this anchor that is round my neck most of the time.
Hope that I may be able to share my experiences and be of help and get help here.

Hi Lala,

I too am an anxiety sufferer...you are in a big boat and theres lots of us...you are NOT and NEVER need to be alone...I am in the beginning stages of this site also, I found the 'first steps' article useful on the left, give it a go and let me know how you feel.
