Hi can any ibs sufferer relate to this as most of you know i suffer quite bad ibs cramps everyday for months some days i cant stretch or bend because it causes my bowel to cramp well in the last 2 weeks ive had one day last week and today that i havent got any pain in my bowel apart from the random odd twinge and them tomorrow it will be as bad again is this normal for ibs

I find mine varies a lot. When I was having a very bad attack of it at the end of last year, I was having pain a lot of the time, but would find the odd day when it wasn't as bad, but there never seemed to be any rhyme or reason to it.
