Can anyone relate?

Hi. I have been having a shooting pain up the back left hand side of my head on and off today. Im thinking that it could be shoulder or muscle related? Also, i tend to screw my eyes up a lot which is obviously tensing my head muscles. Can anyone help at all? Thanks x

Yeah you could have pulled something, or maybe it's a form of headache or migraine. Keep an eye on it, but more than likely it'll wear off soon I would have thought.
