ello guys n gals im carly 25 from portsmouth and suffer from depression and anxiety. this was all caused by hectic 'raving' years and drug abuse when i was younger[Duh!]
anyway im now settled and have a little boy whos 3 and currenly a student tho hoping to have new job soon.
my depression is controled my prozac and have just started taking a low dose of valium 2mg to help the anxiety the prozac causes!!
god knows how i found this site, but thank goodness i did, its really helped me through my dark days when i thought i was totally loosing it and needed to be sectioned lol!!
my panic attacks tend to be mental rather than physical, i get extremely confused, upset. scared and feel very very detached from my body. thats the systom that upsets me the most! oh and i might sweat a bit more, but i dont have any physical symtoms like hard to breath or anything!!
