Hiya!
Right so thought I would come and introduce myself being new here and all!
Im Morgana and I suffer from panic attacks and sort of general anxiety, probably due to worrying about having panic attacks tbh :S
Been taking amitriptyline for migraines which i have now found to possibly be increasing my panic and making me very tired and ill-so shall be stopping this and talking to a doctor very soon!! Trying to cut out caffiene, major addiction for me, but im really just trying anything to make myself less of a state basically!
Hope that I find some good tips here, getting quite annoyed with worrying all the time!
