Hi All

I suffer from anxiety/panic attacks where it left my marriage in tatters!

Now live on my own and feel it's hard to burden family and friends all of the time.

I'm keen to understand more about panic attacks, how to cope and hopefully send and receive mail from other sufferers if it helps.
