Hi my name is Chantell and I think I have been having anxiety. Not sure if this is strange but it seems to get worse when I get my period. I get a strange feeling in my chest, lightheaded. I sometimes get sweaty and just a general not good feeling. And then start feeling like something very serious might be wrong. I wish I knew what was starting it. It is hard to deal with. Its not everyday but enough. This sight looks great for chatting with others dealing with this too!!

Hi there, My anxiety is always worse just before my period, I understand that's quite common :-) all those symptoms sound familiar, its not very nice at all!
