Hello Everyone,

Hope you are all well.

I found this website today as I was looking for some advise/help with my anxiety problem.
Basically, I am trying to learn to cope now I have come off my tablets. For example ... I ride a motorbike and even though I have riden it a few times last year and twice this year, I struggle to fully concentrate and enjoy riding my motorbike unless I take some beata blockers.
