Has anybody ever experienced a clicking feeling when they swallow? Almost like your windpipe is catching on something as it goes up and down during the movement of swallowing?

Its not painful and doesn't happen all the time but its worrying me a little.

Thanks. :winks:

Hi Taffy,
I havent had this ...........but have heard of people who do . the theory seems to be it is linked to globus .acid reflux.........and guess what .............anxiety .
perhaps some throat cartilage rubbing if throat dry maybe ? I get rasping sounds in my throat sometimes with what I thought was phlegm ..........but might be acid I have been told . doctor not worried in least
it seems common .........sure someone with the same will be along soon .
dont worry Taffy .................this anxiety hell seems to linger with all sorts to flummox us . take care .x
