concentration

hi guys
can anyone tell me if they have props with concentration . when people are talking to me i feel im only half listening . also when im reading i kinda read the first bit and skip the rest . this is now starting to worry me im thinking theirs something else going off . is it possible i have a d d coming on

Hi, Yes, I have thought those things myself. I think its more the case of being easily distracted and having a lot of things on your mind though more than ADHD.
