stomach ache

hi all,

does anyone get a sore tummy after going to the loo? (no 2) how embarrassing!! i do get ibs symptoms, bloating etc but obviously im convinced i have stomach cancer or something!
i spent all day nursing my tummy ache..i cant really describe it...just sore...

Hi Sarah. Not had this particular one but can completely relate to the fear. In my journey through mysterious anxiety symptoms I have been seperately convinced of terminal cancer in my throat, brain, skin, mouth and bowel sometimes for months at a time.

It is just pants the way your mind over rules and creates havoc.

Try some deflatine or milk of magnesia, although I've spotted I'm 3 days late with the response, so you are hopefully through it now anyway.

Worst thing possible of course is to google any symptoms!! Just don't do that.
