Hi - I'm new

Hi I'm new here.

Suffering over a long period with depression, anxiety and mood swings. Normally I have tried to stay drug-free, but having a bad time at the moment and am on seroquel and zopiclone. I've just read about their effects and am feeling anxious about it all.
I try to keep upbeat, humourous and positive, but I'm feeling a bit pants now!

Did the anxiety come before the depression? Did your Doctor offer any other kinds of tretment? Hope you stay happy and well.
