Hi I am a returing member,
NMP helped me a lot a couple of years ago when anxiety was doing its level best to make my life small.
Thank you to everyone who helped me back then :yesyes:- you probably don't know as I rarely post, but I have used this site to remind myself that there are plenty of people out there who feel the same as me but survive.
Returning to the site as, over the last 6 months, I have been experiencing awkward new symptoms and need some info/ support.
