hello everyone,

this has prob been asked before but i really dont know what cbt is and my doc or counciler hasnt mentioned it so its prob not for me, but im just intruged.

If anyone can enlighten me and has got the time to explain, it will be very much appreciated

Hi Jo

CBT is the recommended therapy for panic/anxiety/depression. The reason your doctor probably hasn't mentioned it is that there are often long waiting lists and it is often left to patients to request therapy.
