Could do with a hug :(

As the title suggests, I could do with a hug if possible please, as my boyfriend & I have broken up today :weep:

Weve only been together for 3 months but its been very intense and weve been living together for about 6 weeks. We both suffer from anxiety & depression and hes decided its just not working, we're stressing eachother out and the paranoia and jealousy from both sides has got too much to deal with :weep:

I think im doing ok at the moment but am so scared of hitting rock bottom again. Ive stupidly isolated myself from my friends and family by being with him, and hate asking for help from people even when I need it. So im hoping a few hugs will give me some strength when I feel low :shrug:
