Hello every one
I have had fight with panic attack in last 10 years. I have had 3 or 4 major fight against panic in last 10 years. Round 1 I was knock out by panic then I went to tarining and learn CBT and find my weekness in fighting with panic.Round 2 I got 5 point and panic got 5 and game end 0-0. Last week round 3 has started and I have had very hard time . panic attacked with right punch got 2 point I wnet to hospital now I am back and fight continue. Today I got 2 piont as I went to walk by myself and so we are equal I am confident I can beat panic just need time and support.
Just to mention I have black belt Dan 4 in Taekowndo I do not know what belt panic has but some time it look scarrrry
We can beat them( OCD,Panic,Phobia) we just need training and support each other
