Ive been taking 20mg citalopram for 5 months due to panic and anxiety .Recently i felt myself starting to slip again so asked my g.p to increase my dosage to 30 mg .How long will this increase start to take effect ? as i really dont want to feel how i was feeling before i started taking citalopram ,they really gave me my life back and i was so motivated and happy .
