Hi everyone,
I have had a phobia of blood for a long time now. I am scared of catching diseases from other people. Recently, I have developed this phobia of mosquitoes because they carry other people's blood that may be infected with HIVor hepatitis. I am scared because when Ihang my clothes out to dry mosquitoes land on them. And then when I go to take them off the line, I migh squash one of them and get the blood on my clothes which could then affect me and my family. This sounds so irrational as I type this but I can't get the thought out of my mind. I'm sure many people have mosquitoes hanging around their clothes and don't worry about it. Please help!! This is affecting my ability to cope with everyday life. :(
