Most months on day 2 when my bleeding is at it's heaviest I suffer from bad wind spasms up my bottom and low in abdomen. It feels like I need to trump to relieve the pain, lol!!
It's only when my bleeding is at its heaviest I get it. Day 1 is usually just normal aches.
Does anyone else get like this?
I told my Gp and he said it's just my ibs flaring up due to hormones and not to worry but I worry about endometreosis or something, but he wasn't concerned.
