Small lump on back of neck!

Hi everyone,
My neck felt a bit sore today a bit like a spot would do so I felt around and felt this pea sized lump on the back of my neck where my hairline ends, it doesn't move at all (which is what is worrying me!) and hurts a bit like a spot.
I've had a look in the mirror and there's nothing there!
This lump just seems to have come literally out of nowhere, I'm so scared :(
What is this? I can't imagine it being a lymph node as all my other ones are moveable which I've had in the past!
Could someone shed a bit of light on this please?

Maybe a spot that is under the skin and hasn't come to a head yet?

It could be a boil or a cyst that is coming up.

I get those sometimes. Sometimes it may be a lymph node as I have a small one there that isn't movable just because there isn't much flesh there to make it move, but it comes and goes so I know that it is that. I have been getting a few zits around there so it is probably just reacting to those. However it could also be a spot as they mentioned above. I got quite large, hard one on the back of my head and it had no head so I was worried but it went down within a week after putting some antibiotic ointment on it. Either way it is nothing to worry about.
