Hello,

I have known about this site for quite a while, but only just got around to joining :)

I have suffered for 30 odd years with anxiety and panic along with IBS, not sure which triggars which though [Sigh...] but I am now a lot better than I was. I am a manager of another site on MSN too which has helped me so much, and it was there that I heard about this site. Anyway if I can help anyone in any way, I will, and I am sure I will learn even more about this cursed illness from talking to your members too.
