hey is anyone there? ive been having panic attacks all day ive tried occupying myself but they havent gone away. i feel really unsettled and lonely right now because i cant talk to my friends or family about how i feel i dont want to go and lie down because i know that if i go into my room i will end up selfharming again
please help im desperate [Sigh...]

i know what it's like to not be able to talk to family members of friends about your panic attacks and anxiety, and also what its like to want to hurt yourself. if you look on the 'health worries' page on the homepage, you'll see tips for dealing with self-harm, and especially distraction methods. remember that the people on this site will always be there for you, and, like keith said, there will be people in the chat room, or people you can pm when you feel alone. please feel free to pm me if you need help.
