cant still still / whats the cause

does anyone get the feeling like they cant sit still . i feel like i cant watch TV i keep flicking through the TV channels not really into anything my mind feels like its going to fast . does anyone know what causes this

Hi, you have no need to worry.
People get this all the time when they are anxious and worried about something. I get it i find myself shaking and very irratabel, you could try calming pills or relaxation techniques. Hope this helps you x

yes i get it asll time i have ton be doing something worse habit is playing with things in my hands xx dongt no any advice sorry xx
