Hi does anyone have any tips on relieving vertigo? The baby woke me up in the night crying, I was pretty much still asleep and I remember just jumping up out of bed at a super speed lol. I made it out the bedroom door to go get a bottle and nearly fell. I've woken up now and every time I make sudden head movements it returns! Ugh! :)
