I was on the bus and that familiar chest tightness, light headedness and need to get get away from some imaginary danger started.
But this time i stood my ground, i fought it by breathing deeply and taking control of my thoughts.
So i just wanted to say, it can be done and we should always be grateful for these small victories! :)
