Setback

Just when I thought I turned a corner, I end up in a punch up and now being referred to other doctors and my work won't let me back on a phased return.

Having my meds doubled which I hope might help.

It is one frustration after another.

Tell me about it. Bad stuff attracts more bad stuff. Focus on the good and more will happen. Easier said than done but give it a go...

I try to. It is annoying as I have had so much time off and there is only so much one can do. No such thing as a free world and this what I try to tell the doctors that with structure I might feel better.
