New on here..... help!!

After a car accident three weeks ago I am now constantly suffering from panic attacks. I feel that I cannot breathe and have no control on my thoughts or feelings anymore.
Why do I feel that something bad is going to happen? I cannot take my mind off anything? Sleep???? Whats that??

Please if anyone has any suggestions.... help
