Hey everyone
Last monday my foot started really hurting all off a sudden when ever i put pressure on it. The saturday before that i had wallked for about 8hrs (went to london zoo, camden town) and on sunday my foot felt fine and then i woke up monday ok untill the afternoon when the pain started.
Its on the side of my left foot along the boney bit about the middle of the side of my foot and when i walk it goes the pain goes under my fooot and in my calf. When i touch the side of my foot it really hurts.
Anyway i went drs and he said just done to much walkin and i should rest it (impossible) so when i got home today i notice my ankle was slighly swollan and now im really worried.
