Many of u know the last few months have been hell for me i have never felt so bad it was like i was in a maze and i couldnt get out. Really dont know why this anxiety keeps coming bk havin cbt now something i havent tried. Thank god this site is available thank u nicola and all my other frends.

Thanks everyone for your support still got calf pain but not so worried now as its gone on for so long. My hubby being supporive nice to be home hopefully this cbt will help me.
