Exhaustion

Does anyone get an exhausted feeling, i do suffer with m.e, but since my anxiety is worse, i get complete wipe out feeling like the energy suppling my insides, legs and chest feel like i cant take another step. I have to go and sit until it wears off. I dont get that bad normally but it fightens me. Can i get this exhausted with anxiety can anyone relate to what im saying, feels like your gonna drop.

I get exhausted when I suffer anxiety or when I am anxious. The only way I can think to help is to have a nice hot bath or watch TV, it helpes me :)
