eye pain

I have recently been experiencing some pain behind my eye in my eye lid for the last two weeks on and off. I am terrified I have a brain tumour or am going blind.

I have also noticed an increase in bits of floating stuff going across my eye.

Please help. I'm going mad with worry.

have you seen an optician to get eyes checked?

no i am terrified they will tell me I have a brain tumour or my eye sight is failing.

I have also found a tiny lump near to where my bottom eyelashes grow. It's only tiny and I'm not sure if it has always been there and iv never noticed it before.
Or maybe it is a tumour in my eye? Help!

Ok well look at this way - if caught early these things can be cured - if left they get worse. So wouldn't you rather know?

Anyway it is not cancer atall - it is anxiety so don't worry.

You need to get eyes checked as they will get worse if you need glasses and don't get them looked at.

That sounds like a stye - a small lump. Is it red and sore and inflammed?

Please get eyes checked for your own piece of mind but I am sure it is nothing atall

i promise there is no tumour .. darling if you had a tumour you would be sick as a dog, headaches bad, and just lotes of horrid and nasty symptoms.. you do have an illness but its called anxiety/panic..
How are you getting on with your tablets darling????????
And you are not going blind, but like nicola said,,, go get ya eyes tested it wont cost you a thing will it,and it will give you peace of mind.

Hi, do you mean you are experiencing floaters or having sticky stuff going across your eye, because if thats so it sound like conjunctivitis (sp?) simple eye infection cured with drops from chemist. If you are seeing floaters i would have your eyes checked but i have that and its because i'm short sighted.
