OMG im so fed up!
had a sinus infection for months, find it hard to go to work or the gym (which was really helping my anxiety). i get dizzy and alot of facial pain and fullness in ears.
Im scared of going to work, im working in a hospital and am scared ill hurt someone if i fall over or people will notice im not well and not have confidence in me. caring for people is my life and being away from it over something as stupid as sinusitis is taking its toll.
it seems like im getting better then i take several steps back. ive got a few days on antibiotics and hope for the best. im really struggling, im desperate to get on with life
