My dermatologist said to me that on the freckles/moles that I have picked off, that he would still beable to tell if they were anything sinister as the skin would heal different and still show signs of growth and change as you can't just completeley pick off a cancer...... But I doubt him!!! He looked at my scars through a dermascope and a special camera and said normal skin no need to worry!! I feel like trying to get a biopsy of the skin or is this my anxiety taking over again here? Please help!!!

You know he's right deep down because he is. If he thought there was any chance you'd have cancer he would have sent you for more tests himself.

He knows what he's doing more than any of us on here probably do so you have to trust him. He said your skin is normal and that means no sign of cancer so no need for a biopsy.

Yep, just the anxiety. So, the anxiety (as per usual) is wrong! :D Stop letting it put what if's in your head, everytime it does just counter it with "I'm fine." because you are.

The less you react to it and think "OMG but what if.." the less intense anxiety becomes. Hope you feel better soon xx
