Well done Bex, you will help your health physically and mentally. I remember some good advice from an alcohol councellor years ago, when temptation creeps in say outloud....." I CHOOSE not to have a drink".....this re-enforces you taking back your control over alcohol. Im so proud of you :yesyes:
