[anxious eddy]

hi can anyone help im 41 and depressed, i suffer health anxiety and its a bad time at the moment. im suffering from stomach ache almost like constant period pains ,i feel a little bloaty and have lower back ache this has been for the last 5 days, on my last cycle i had a mid cyclr bleed and i am midcycle now are they connected ,im at the end of my tether worrying:lac:

Hi Hun, see your doc or practice nurse or talk to docs on call, it could be just a "normal " glitch. For myself at your age I was all over the place, not so much a cycle as an erractic elipse, and an easy fix. Don't mean It's not scary when your in the middle of it.:hugs:
