pins and needles

I only get them when hyperventilating.

I used to have this is when I had a full blown panic attack and my heart raced along with hyperventilation. I had a numbness in the arms, neck and shoulders and pins and needles in the hands and sometimes feet. It's due to having too much oxygen in the body which also makes the blood turn acidic. It was worrying at the time.
