Hi everyone, Im Alex, 25 and female. I have been suffering with a phobia since I was 10 years old. I am scared of dying and I think about it everyday :weep:
It causes me to have panic attacks and sends me into depression. No matter how good life is this always haunts me. I have a beautiful little family and everyone is so supportive but I can't get this out of my head. I have tried medication, CBT, counselling and even hypnotherapy but no joy.

I just want to feel better (like I'm sure everyone does) but it seems just a dream.
Anyway I have 15 years experience of this so if anyone wants to chat I'm always here :bighug1:

hi alix123, I am experience the same fears as you, its a constant worry in my head and affects everything I do. I am trying various therapies at the moment to try and combat this fear but it is very hard. anyway if you would like to chat anytime then feel free :)
