yesterday i went to garden nursery and looked around and bought some flowers ,this would have been a no no not to even try last week didnt want to do it was sure i would pass out but just got the normal dont want to be here feelings that did pass knowing if things go bad tomorrow is another day helps so much :yesyes:

Well done tweety, such a big step, and nothing bad happened. i was the same as you not so long ago, and had to take diazapam just to go out for an hour, but i have worked through it now and haven't taken a tab for 11 weeks, so give yourself a big pat on the back, this is the first step, but a hugh step good luck and take care :hugs:
