FEEL AWFUL

Today i have woke up feeling horrible im all fluey, blocked nose sore throat ear ache and my lightheadedness aint mixing well with it. My anxiety is worse because of this cold, has anyone got any tips what they did when they felt ill Like actually cold or flu?

Its just making me worry more like this is the start of cancer or a tumour x

just take it easy if your not feeling well, keep yourself warm and drink plenty of water.

i dont think cancer or a tumour start off with a cold, you know this is just your health anxiety raring its ugly head - dont listen to it.

You are fine. Just panicking thats all.
You have a common cold.

Try some boiled water in a glass with several drops of bach remedy in it and sip slowly. This should hopefully calm you, it works for me most of the time.

If not try relaxing in a bath with vapour bulbble bath to try and clear you sinuses!

You ARE fine. just a common cold, nothing to worry about.
Keep telling yourself this...like a mantra...repeat after me.....

IT WILL GO AND I WILL BE FINE.......lol
